These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of visadubai.ai and all tools, content, and services available on it (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Advisory information only, not professional advice

The content on VisaDubai.ai (including all guides, quiz results, and paid reports) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It reflects our independent research and analysis of publicly available information and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, immigration, or tax advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but UAE regulations, visa requirements, free zone fees, and tax rules change frequently. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant UAE authorities, including the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), and the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), before taking any action.

Use of the Platform does not create any professional relationship between you and VisaDubai.ai.

2. Paid reports: terms and delivery

We offer a paid “Full Roadmap” report for a one-time fee of $69 USD. By purchasing a report, you agree to the following:

• Delivery: Reports are generated and delivered digitally as a PDF to the email address you provide. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, contact us at hello@visadubai.ai.
• One-time fee: The $69 fee is a one-time charge. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges associated with the report purchase.
• Personal use: Reports are generated for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content without our written permission.
• No guaranteed outcomes: The report provides analysis and recommendations based on the information you provide. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including visa approval, company registration, or tax treatment. Outcomes depend on decisions made by UAE authorities and are beyond our control.
• Refund policy: Because reports are digitally delivered immediately upon generation, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a report has been delivered. If you believe there is a material error in your report, contact us within 14 days and we will review the issue.

3. Affiliate and commercial relationships

VisaDubai.ai is an independent platform and is not owned by or affiliated with any UAE free zone, formation company, or government authority.

We may earn referral commissions or affiliate fees if you proceed to engage with free zones, formation agents, or service providers that we recommend or link to. This commercial relationship does not influence our editorial analysis or recommendations. We recommend based on our independent assessment of suitability, cost, and reputation, not on commercial relationships.

Where we have a material commercial relationship with a recommended partner, we will disclose it clearly. Our goal is to recommend what we genuinely believe is best for your situation, regardless of commercial arrangements.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the quiz or checkout process
• Attempt to access, scrape, or copy content from the Platform in bulk or by automated means
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content or reports without written permission

5. Intellectual property

All content on VisaDubai.ai (including guides, articles, quiz logic, report templates, and design) is the intellectual property of VisaDubai.ai and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You are welcome to share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content, republish our guides, or use our content in any way that suggests it is your own work.

Paid report content is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not distribute, republish, or commercially exploit report content.

6. Third-party links and services

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including free zone websites, government portals, and service providers. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site or its content. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisaDubai.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any content or recommendations on the Platform
• Decisions you make based on quiz results or paid reports
• Visa rejections, company registration delays, or adverse regulatory outcomes
• Errors or omissions in Platform content, however caused
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Platform.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users by email where we hold your contact details. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
