VisaDubai.ai (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at visadubai.ai and the advisory tools on it. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the site, including visitors, quiz participants, and report purchasers. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and EEA, as well as applicable privacy laws in other jurisdictions.

1. What data we collect

Quiz responses. When you complete our free assessment, we collect your answers to questions about your nationality, business type, income level, and relocation goals. These are used to generate your personalised recommendations. Quiz responses are linked to a session identifier. We do not require you to create an account.

Email address. If you purchase a paid report, subscribe to updates, or voluntarily provide your email, we collect and store it. Your email is used to deliver your report, send relevant updates if you opt in, and respond to support enquiries. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe handles all payment processing in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, email) for accounting purposes.

Usage data. We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and approximate geographic location (country/city level) via Google Analytics 4.

2. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymised data including page views, session duration, and user flow. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be stored on servers outside the EU. We have enabled IP anonymisation in GA4.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding site performance and improving the user experience.

3. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

• Session cookies: temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. Used to maintain your quiz session and preferences.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): persistent cookies used to distinguish unique visitors and track usage over time. Expire after 2 years.
• Payment cookies (Stripe): set by Stripe during checkout for fraud prevention purposes.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the quiz and checkout process.

4. How we use your data

• To generate and deliver personalised UAE business setup recommendations
• To process payments and deliver purchased reports
• To respond to support enquiries and customer service requests
• To send product updates and relevant content (only if you have opted in)
• To analyse site usage and improve the platform
• To comply with legal obligations

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

We share data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Supabase: secure database storage for quiz sessions and report data
• Google Analytics: anonymised usage analytics
• Resend: transactional email delivery (reports and receipts)

All service providers are contractually required to process your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. We do not use your data for advertising on third-party platforms.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

Quiz responses and report data are retained for up to 3 years to allow re-access and for internal analytics. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Right to restriction: ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests, including analytics
• Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

8. Children's privacy

This platform is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users by email where we hold your contact details.
